Please email me if you are interested in receiving a reference letter. I typically do not write letters for students who I know only from Psyc 2400H (Introduction to Cognitive Psychology).

If I agree to write a letter for you, I want to write the best letter I can. Please provide me with as much of the following information as possible:

• A copy (unofficial is fine) of your transcript
• A CV/resume, including extra details about your role in positions that are particularly relevant to the program to which you are applying.
• Your scores on the GRE/MCAT/LSAT/GMAT or whatever test you need to take to complete your application.
• If you are applying to grad or professional school, a copy of your letter of intent/personal statement.
• If the program has a specific form, please try to do everything possible to make this task easy for me. Ensure that you have completed the student portion of the form before giving it to me.
• You do not need to provide a stamped envelope, but please make sure I know the address (including name of contact person) and the due date.
